Tjitske van der Zanden

Tjitske is the managing director of the Dutch Pediatric Formulary, which publishes a website that provides best-evidence based dosing information on off-label drug use in children. This initiative has successfully been expanded to other European countries (Germany, Austria and Norway) in collaboration with local partners. She she recently finished her PhD thesis on “Risk mitigation strategies for off-label drug use in children”.
